Had a great stay! The hotel's location is perfect for exploring Valencia, just a short walk to major sights. The room was spacious and bright with a fab balcony. Breakfast was decent but could use more fresh veggies. Totally worth it for the price!

We liked absolutely perfect and magnificent location.

booked a double room, that included central heating, a private safe, and multi-channel television. it had a large bathroom, which is always an advantage.

Unfortunately, our experience was marred by multiple issues. The air conditioning was not functioning properly, and despite requesting assistance, the problem persisted throughout our stay. While the room was clean, there was a definite lack of communication regarding the amenities provided, such as coffee pods not being restocked without prompts. This was frustrating, especially when trying to enjoy a leisurely morning without having to make extra requests.

Everything was good during 5 days, thoroughly enjoyed its magnificent and fantastic location near the park and central markets, the center of Valencia and restaurants and attractions. Excellent service, though a few employees were kind of rude. I asked for double room with a kettle and an old window, had a perfect 10/10 stay. The check-in was early and the staff was mostly very friendly. Got wake up service free of charge, not bad too.

Breakfast was (temporarily) at another location but easily reachable by foot: 5 minutes walk. The rooms are really nice with a nice colour theme and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel has the best location! I will go there again!

Noise pollution from hallway and street!!! Water temperature control issues make showers frustrating!!! Inadequate soundproofing means listening to other guests is a must!!! Check-in process could use improvement!!!

The staff, especially Elisa, were kind and attentive, offering genuine suggestions and a warm welcome. The room was veryvery comfy and tidy.

The location is excellent, just a short walk from main attractions. The spacious room had a lovely balcony with lots of natural light. Breakfast options were good, though the breakfast room felt a bit cramped during peak times. A minor downside was the noise from the street, which might be bothersome for light sleepers.

The staff was super friendly, always ready with a smile. The room had a comfy bed and the shower, oh boy, it was a real gem! Just wish the walls weren't so thin, ya know? Kept hearin' folks next door, which ain't ideal for sleepin'. Definitely would visit again though, can't beat the location.
